Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Party Busters & More website (the “Site”) and to any balloon décor, installation, gift or party planning services you book with Party Busters & More LLC (“Party Busters & More,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By using the Site or booking our services, you agree to these Terms. If you have questions, please contact us before booking.

1. Our services

We design and create custom balloon garlands, arches, walls, backdrops, columns, sculptures, centerpieces, gifts and related party décor, and we offer party planning services. Photos on the Site show examples of past work. Because every design is handmade, your finished décor may vary from photos, renderings or inspiration images in size, shape, color and arrangement.

2. Quotes and bookings

Quotes are based on the information you provide, including your event date, location, design and size, and are valid for the period stated on the quote. Your booking is confirmed only after we accept it in writing and receive any required deposit. Changes to the design, size, date, time or location after booking may change your price and are subject to availability.

3. Deposits, payment and cancellations

A deposit is required to reserve your date. Your deposit amount, the due date for the remaining balance and any cancellation terms will be stated on your quote or invoice. Unless your quote or invoice says otherwise, deposits are non-refundable because they reserve your date and cover materials purchased and time scheduled for your event.

If you need to reschedule, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to move your booking to a new date, subject to availability. If we must cancel your booking for reasons within our control, we will refund amounts you paid for services we did not provide.

4. Colors, materials and substitutions

Balloon colors can vary between manufacturers, production batches and lighting conditions. We will match your requested colors as closely as possible. If a specific balloon, color or material is unavailable, we may substitute a similar item of equal or greater quality while keeping the overall look of your design.

5. Venue access and setup

You are responsible for getting any permission needed from your venue, and for making sure we have access at the scheduled setup time, a clear and safe work area, and accurate information about stairs, parking and loading. Delays or limited access caused by the venue or others may shorten setup time, affect the final result or result in additional charges.

6. Outdoor events and weather

Heat, direct sunlight, humidity, wind and rain affect all balloons. Outdoors, latex balloons can fade, oxidize or pop more quickly. We may recommend adjusting placement or timing for outdoor installations, and we may modify or delay an installation if weather conditions make it unsafe. We are not responsible for weather-related damage after installation.

7. Balloon lifespan and care

Balloons are delicate and naturally deflate over time, and lifespan varies with conditions. After installation, we are not responsible for balloons that are popped, moved, deflated or damaged by guests, children, pets, venue staff, heat, handling or other conditions outside our control.

8. Safety

• Choking hazard: Children under 8 years can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision is required. Keep uninflated balloons away from children and discard broken balloons at once.
• Latex allergies: Many balloons are made of latex. Please tell us before booking if you or your guests have latex allergies.
• Do not release balloons outdoors. Released balloons harm wildlife, and foil balloons can cause power outages if they contact power lines.
• Do not inhale helium.
• Do not climb on, pull on or lean against frames, stands, columns or installations.

9. Rental items

Frames, stands, bases, backdrops and other structures used in your décor remain our property unless we agree otherwise in writing. You agree to make them available for pickup at the scheduled time and are responsible for loss or damage beyond normal wear.

10. Photos of our work

We may photograph the décor we create and use those photos on our website, social media and marketing materials. If you would prefer that we not share photos from your event, please tell us before your event.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for those services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Use of the Site

The Site and its content, including photos, designs, text and logos, belong to Party Busters & More or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission. The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

13. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your information.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site, with its “Last updated” date, applies to your use of the Site and to bookings made after that date.
